Add the page to the menu

Go into Navigation.  Edit the main menu.  Add what you want to see on the menu.  Once you have told it that this should be a page, say, it will offer you the pages that exist - including the one you just created so select that and it will appear.  You can drag the menu items about to change the order on the menu.  Pretty cool
